We regularly get emails from product developers and designers from all over the world. We try to answer everyone as fast as we can. 1. MINIMUM ORDERING QUANTITY
The core of our business is that we work in two categories CORE BASIC & FASHION.
Core products run 365 days a year so generally these are volume based whereas Fashion products change every season so the MOQ is less than Core basic program. We understand that sometimes you as a retailer would like to try out new styles & aren’t sure of the sales volumes for that category. Also some of our clients have few retail stores so their quantity requirement is small. To cater that we can do minimum MOQ as small as 200 pcs per color combo and give our clients that advantage.
2. Delivery Time
Different types of garments made from different fabrics have different delivery lead times. If a fabric is readily available we can do delivery in 60 days. For repeat orders we can do delivery in less than 35 days. Garments with made to order fabric generally takes around 60 to 75 days lead time. Our delivery policy is that we guarantee all customers on-time delivery provided there isn’t major delay in approval of style fits & PP samples.
3. Do We Support Start-Ups and New Brands?
Regarding start-ups and new brands it takes tremendous amount of time & money. And we understand the hurdles one has to face while coming out with own brand. We as manufacturer will always work hand in hand with you & try our best to get the desired results. At the same time Start-up companies need to consider buying readily available fabric from our side in order to meet the minimum ordering quantity which is as less as 300 pcs.
4. Sampling
INDIGOLINE CLOTHING does not charge any costs for samples that are part of the production process like fitting samples, pre-production samples & Shipment samples. For salesman samples we charge 2.5 times x f.o.b. price if these samples are asked by you prior to production. Procurement of salesman samples from bulk doesn’t involve extra cost and will charged based on f.o.b value.
